    Our first product, Founder Bootcamp, offers a range of tools and resources to help female founders effectively grow and communicate their business ideas into empires (the good kind!).

    What’s our longer-term dream? Our stretch goal? We want to eventually become an angel investing platform that creates space for women to write checks for women.

    Raychel Espiritu is a seasoned digital marketing expert with a 16-year track record and specializes in leading go-to-market strategies for tech companies. Utilizing her adeptness in marketing strategy, strategic partnerships, and digital marketing channels, she has propelled startup accelerators, venture capital firms, and startups toward achieving their customer acquisition goals and market launches. Her notable achievement at a non-profit includes facilitating an $18M venture capital investment in Southern California's innovation ecosystem, underscoring her capacity to generate significant results. Beyond her professional pursuits, Raychel finds joy in nature exploration and mindfulness meditation.*

    Rebecca Saletta has dedicated her career to empowering, connecting, and supporting female founders. She started in the public sector, serving as the commercial lead for growing automotive and food technology businesses internationally. Her growing fascination for clean transportation and startup coaching led her to open the US office for a British zero-emission vehicle fintech startup as their Director of Strategic Partnerships. She led their US growth strategy, established their presence in two major cities and launched their first global projects.*

    Alena Solonina is a climate tech investor with over 10 years of experience and over $500MM invested, focusing on providing flexible capital solutions for high-growth companies that solve pressing environmental problems. Alena’s expertise spans multiple sectors, including sustainable investments and climate finance, aligning with the firm’s mission of responsible and impactful investing. She is very passionate about supporting female entrepreneurs through their journey and deploying capital where it matters the most.*
